The District Operations Manager will take full ownership of doorstep trash collection across the DMV market - from Columbia, MD as their home base out to communities throughout DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. This role involves launching new communities, building and developing the team, meeting with clients in person, and working the field alongside the crew. It is a hybrid of white-collar management and blue-collar work, requiring the individual to set the standard by leading from the front, every day. This position cannot be held alongside another full-time job.
