As the largest distributor of Hunt Brothers® Pizza, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services that are loved by customers nationwide. You will own the full performance of your district - people, sales, safety, fleet, and execution - with the autonomy to make decisions and the accountability to deliver results. This role is field-driven and hands-on, you will coach, problem-solve, and set the standard for a culture of excellence that shapes frontline engagement and elevates the customer experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, DSD, sales, or operations
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong business acumen and comfort using KPIs and reports
  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and resilience
  • Ability to run route to help support district needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (at times), bend and lift to rotate existing stock with new stock
  • Ability to climb into a large commercial truck, on average 40 times per day
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for three years, including no DUIs
  • Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements/driver eligibility to obtain/maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the district team
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, 1:1s, and performance reviews
  • Build a strong internal bench for future leadership roles
  • Own district sales results for new, existing, and same-store accounts
  • Execute growth initiatives and new account launches
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends and take action
  • Ensure execution of company standards and processes
  • Oversee inventory management, fleet performance, and cost control
  • Maintain safety, DOT/HOS compliance, and audit readiness
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer issues
  • Build relationships with key accounts through reviews and meetings
  • Represent the company professionally in the market
