Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a medical‑aesthetics, skincare‑clinic, or med‑spa environment
• Experience managing multiple locations at a multi‑site/district level and using KPIs to drive results
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI (or similar), scheduling/booking systems, and EMR‑style platforms
• Strong understanding of medical‑aesthetic services and the ability to work across clinical, front‑desk, and retail teams
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Texas
