The District Manager will champion safety initiatives, ensure compliance with all HSE standards, and oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance management. Additionally, they will manage inventory levels, equipment utilization, and cost control measures, monitor operational performance metrics, and implement process improvements. Collaboration with leadership on financial performance, including Profit & Loss, and ensuring accurate operational reporting, documentation, and billing coordination are key aspects of this position.
