About The Position

The District Manager will lead and manage all district operations, including field and shop activities. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality across the region. The District Manager will champion safety initiatives, ensure compliance with all HSE standards, and oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance management. Additionally, they will manage inventory levels, equipment utilization, and cost control measures, monitor operational performance metrics, and implement process improvements. Collaboration with leadership on financial performance, including Profit & Loss, and ensuring accurate operational reporting, documentation, and billing coordination are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong operational and technical experience with downhole tools (wireline setting tools, frac plugs, perforating guns)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
  • Forklift experience and ability to operate equipment safely
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in operations leadership or district management within oil & gas preferred
  • Technical sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all district operations, including field and shop activities
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality across the region
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all HSE standards
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance management
  • Manage inventory levels, equipment utilization, and cost control measures
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership on financial performance, including Profit & Loss
  • Ensure accurate operational reporting, documentation, and billing coordination
  • Coordinate Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery operations with field teams and customers
  • Supervise tool disassembly, inspection, rebuilding, and testing to meet company standards
  • Investigate operational issues and tool failures, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained and available
  • Report all phases of the Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software
  • Provide technical and operational support to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate daily activities between field operations, shop personnel, and leadership
  • Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and readiness for operations
  • Verify operational documentation accuracy and support billing follow-up with Accounts Receivable
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
