About The Position

We are growing rapidly and are seeking a District Manager. If you have multi-unit experience in a salon setting then this position is for you. We are looking for a District Manager that has the ability to multi-task, work with salon staff, and communicate with the Regional Director. Some work behind the chair is required as needed.

Requirements

• Multi-unit experience in a salon setting
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with salon staff
• Ability to communicate with the Regional Director
• Active State License (i.e., licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Provide Hair/Nail services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and caring

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want
• Onboarding new staff
• Training on company systems
• Setup new salons
• Liaison with communities
• Cover behind the chair as needed
