About The Position

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is seeking candidates with hustle and ambition for unlimited potential. As one of the largest Authorized T-Mobile Retailers in the US, Luna Wireless offers unlimited commissions in a fun, fast-paced environment. The District Manager will play a major part in building a national brand, with significant opportunities to grow the brand and drive organizational performance. This role involves partnering with a top leadership team, building and upgrading a strong team, and implementing new projects and products. The District Manager will drive sales execution, ensure employees are well-trained in T-Mobile products and services, improve the customer experience, build retail preference through relationships and merchandising, increase sales, and reduce selling expenses. This position is responsible for managing the success of multiple Luna Wireless locations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing sales and operations at a multi-unit level.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience.
  • Strong focus on customer and quality.
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills.
  • 2–4 years sales and operational experience.
  • 2–4 years people management experience.
  • 1–3 years T-Mobile multi-unit management experience.
  • 2+ years Wireless Retail Experience.
  • 1+ years Project Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred, but not required.
