About The Position

The District Manager oversees multiple Burger King restaurants within East Texas, driving operational excellence, profitability, brand standards, and team development.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience preferred
  • Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers across all locations
  • Ensure execution of Burger King operational standards, food safety, and guest experience
  • Drive sales growth, labor control, food cost, PLV, and overall profitability
  • Review P&Ls and performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and company policies

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary based on results
