About The Position
The District Manager oversees multiple Burger King restaurants within East Texas, driving operational excellence, profitability, brand standards, and team development.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience preferred
- Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers across all locations
- Ensure execution of Burger King operational standards, food safety, and guest experience
- Drive sales growth, labor control, food cost, PLV, and overall profitability
- Review P&Ls and performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and company policies
Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary based on results
