Manage daily operations of fishing and rental business, lead a team of shop and field personnel within the district, and be responsible for the district's P&L and cost control. This role involves reporting monthly revenue, overseeing sales orders, vendor invoicing, and PO creation. The District Manager will also identify, source, and order necessary tools and equipment, oversee shop repair and maintenance, manage inventory and tool transfers, and ensure QHSE and employee safety meeting and training requirements are met. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and approving employee timesheets, expense reports, and field supervisor job bonuses, while adhering to Yellowjacket standard operating procedures and safety policies. The position also involves promoting Yellowjacket product lines, communicating with customers to grow market share, and performing other assigned duties.
