Requirements

  • Proven Multi‑Unit Leadership: 7+ years of retail, hospitality, or related multi-store management experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Hands-On Leadership Style: Ability to coach, inspire, and build strong relationships with managers and team members.
  • Strategic & Team-Focused: Skilled in motivating diverse teams toward shared goals and operational excellence.
  • Operational Problem-Solver: Uses sound judgment, data, and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Analytics-Driven operations: Leverage business analytics to strategically improve operational performance and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training, feedback, and performance management to ensure Store Manager have the skills and confidence to lead high-performing stores.
  • Promote engagement, communication, and collaboration across stores to ensure leaders feel supported, connected, and motivated.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline by recruiting, hiring, and developing high performing store‑level leaders who model company values and deliver consistent results.
  • Set clear expectations and strategic priorities, ensuring teams understand goals and how their work contributes to broader company success.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and teamwork, ensuring Store Managers and their teams operate with clarity, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Drive exceptional customer service and brand consistency throughout the district.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring stores meet or exceed annual goals.
  • Maintain operational consistency, strong organization, and effective delegation across stores.
  • Champion safety, loss prevention, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure stores and properties are well‑maintained, merchandised, and aligned with community needs, while maintaining company standards.
  • Travel regularly between stores to support teams and monitor performance.
  • Promote community connections by enabling stores to serve and support their local communities.
  • Act as a liaison between stores and Support Center partners to improve communication, streamline processes, and ensure safe, functional, brand‑consistent store environments.
  • Collaborate with Retail Buyers, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute programs, improve product presentation, and meet customer expectations.
  • Share store‑level insights, market trends, and operational feedback with Support Center partners to support better decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization to influence outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and support the company’s strategic goals.
