DISTRICT MANAGER - LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA
About The Position
The District Manager for ESS will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple accounts within the assigned region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring alignment with Compass Group standards and ESS objectives. The District Manager will lead and develop a team, foster strong client partnerships, and ensure that a strong focus is placed on safety, compliance, people development, and continuous improvement to support long-term growth and success. This is an in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Lafayette, Louisiana, operating Monday through Friday. The role requires approximately 40% travel, depending on client and business needs.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial acumen
- Multi-unit experience is preferred

- Higher Education background preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
- Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
- Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
- Participates in the sales process to grow the region
- Up to 40% travel required
