About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a nationwide provider of doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities. Each night, our team of 700+ employees services more than 160,000 apartment units across the country. We're growing fast - and we promote from within, rewarding performance and reliability with advancement, added responsibility, and new opportunities. As an Area Operations Manager, you'll own end-to-end operations for doorstep trash collection across your market. You'll lead new community rollouts, build and develop your team, partner with property managers, and work alongside your crew in the field. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and want to grow with a company that's scaling quickly, this is your seat.
