Position Summary The District Manager is responsible for the implementation and sustainability of all programs directed through store operations. Follows up on the implementation of operating programs and procedures consistent with PGATSS broad policies and objectives and ensures a high level of execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of store operations for their district regularly and systematically. Ensures process improvements are in place to enhance customer service levels while supporting organizational profit targets.
