The District Manager (DM) is responsible for managing multiple stores within a district, ensuring operational compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and profit goals. The DM supports Store Managers (SCMs) and collaborates with the Regional Manager to implement the company's strategic plan. The DM models accountability by supporting and driving adoption of organizational changes at the store and district level. DM ensures messaging is cascaded accurately, timely, and in alignment with company values and strategy.
