The Role: As a District Manager, you'll lead and support up to five restaurant locations, driving operational excellence, team development, and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing restaurant financial performance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 80–85% within the market
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to business needs as required

  • Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers and management teams
  • Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across your market
  • Build strong talent pipelines through hiring, succession planning, and development
  • Monitor key performance metrics including labor, food safety, inventory, and guest experience scores
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Training teams to build high-performing restaurants
  • Support local store marketing initiatives and new restaurant openings
  • Resolve guest concerns and champion a Gold Standard experience for guests and team members
