Requirements

  • Preferred experience in a multi-unit environment, with a deep understanding of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
  • A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and team members, focusing on building a strong team among managers and crafting customized career paths for future pizza leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of business acumen—able to navigate various business scenarios, adapt effectively during changes, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.
  • Accountable for delivering financial performance across your district through effective P&L management, ensuring the best guest experience, and fostering a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel to maintain a consistent presence in your stores.
