Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members, with a focus on team building among managers and developing customized career paths.
• Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios, and ability to adapt effectively during change, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.
• Willingness to travel to provide a continued presence in stores.
