As a District Manager at Kemper, you’ll own a multi-agency territory, develop Sales Managers, and drive revenue growth at scale—while shaping the future of your district and your career. This role involves leading and developing Sales Managers across your district, driving revenue growth, retention, and performance across multiple agencies. You will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, developing, and building a strong leadership bench, as well as scaling a high-performing network of insurance agents. Executing territory strategies based on market opportunities, community impact, and local presence are key. You will also focus on improving productivity, profitability, and policy persistence, while ensuring accountability and compliance across teams. Partnering with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy is also a part of this role.
