About The Position

K & G Petroleum LLC is a privately owned, growing company involved in areas of fuel and convenience stores with branded Conoco, 7-11 and Jenny’s Market stations across the Denver metro area. K&G Petroleum, LLC. is looking for a well-rounded District Manager, responsible for supervising and developing the store management for a successful operations and financial performance of the retail stores. This position includes supervision and training of store managers as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. This position requires travelling to different stores within Colorado.

Requirements

5 Years Retail Management Experience
Bachelor degree
Ability to optimize the Customer Service Concept
Desire to train, motivate and empower team members
Understanding of market drivers to leverage sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Ability to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment
Self‐motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

Nice To Haves

Convenience store/Gas station business experience (strongly preferred)
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Recruiting, Training, Store Managers and Staff Employees.
Ensures Operational efficiency in each store.
Ensures that Marketing & Promotional Activities efforts are consistent across each store.
Ensures that the stores under their supervision adhere to Company’s Policy & Procedure as well as the State & Federal Regulations.
Monitors each store's Monthly P&L Reports and to take appropriate course of action(s) to achieve desire goal(s).
Conducts random cash and cigarette count audits.
