Responsible for the overall sales, profit, and service performance of multiple stores in a geographic region. Develop and execute strategies consistent with corporate direction to drive business. Manage and is accountable for the effective operation of the district’s stores including staffing, training, policy and procedure adherence, compliance, optometric relations, and patient/customer experience.
