About The Position

The District Manager - New England North is responsible for delivering key sales and compliance information to stores. This role involves coaching store management to increase sales and customer satisfaction, upholding AT&T regulations, and preparing store managers for inventory requirements, trainings, policies/procedures, audit preparedness, and general operations & customer/company concerns. The position requires constant communication and availability, knowledge of backend systems, field visits for compliance and operational standards, and the creation of coaching plans. The District Manager will also maintain company culture, motivate management staff, conduct training sessions, assist with store events, and participate in hiring and training new employees. This role involves daily sales and operations oversight, maintaining proper scheduling and policies, attending corporate meetings, setting up new locations, and tracking various metrics through company software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-years relevant management experience and/or 6+ months tenure with Alliance Mobile
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds when necessary
  • Use of personal vehicle for daily use driving upwards of 100 miles per day
  • Work 45-50 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver key sales & compliance information to stores
  • Coach store management to appropriately increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Uphold AT&T regulations
  • Prepare & hold accountable store manager’s with respect to inventory requirements, trainings, policies/procedures, audit preparedness, and general operations & customer/company concerns
  • Communication & availability via email/phone/text at all times
  • Make field visits to ensure compliance & operational standards
  • Review store operations & create coaching plans
  • Maintain company culture and motivate management staff
  • Conducting brainstorming/training sessions internally
  • Assist with store events, setup, backend maintenance
  • Interview, Hire, Assist in training of new employees for each designated location
  • Conference Calls & Itinerary
  • Daily Sales and Operations
  • Maintain proper scheduling, overtime, and other policies for each manager/location
  • Attend and prepare for quarterly DM Wrap up meetings at Corporate location
  • Setting up assigned whitespace locations and relocations
  • Track hours, miles, expenses, and store visits through company issued software
