The District Manager will be full responsibility and accountability for the sales and service productivity, operations and customer experience (the customer journey) of a group of Financial Center locations and managers within the assigned Northwest Bank footprint/geography. The District Manager will engage a group of Financial Center locations to promote business growth through the development of deposits, assets, fee-based services and the development and retention of new and existing consumer and business customers. There will be a level of accountability for community engagement, CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) opportunities and collaboration as well as partnering with the respective HRBP on employee relations. Additionally, the District Manager will be accountable for regularly evaluating employee performance, provide challenging opportunities for career growth, along with ensuring the appropriate coaching is delivered, while being present within the district and collaborating with financial center employees to ensure there is consistent commitment to our company culture and Northwest Bank standards of excellence.
