About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a District Manager to lead a district store operations team in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Area. This role is crucial for maintaining the company's high standards in merchandising, sales, customer service, and loss prevention. The District Manager will be responsible for achieving regional goals, including unit sales performance, personnel management, merchandise presentation, expense control, overall district administration, and P&L management. The position requires acting as a role model, holding employees accountable for customer service standards, and leading recruitment, interviewing, selection, and training processes.

Requirements

Three to five years multi-unit management experience.
Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
Accomplishments with staff development, recruitment, and proven communication skills.
Travel required (majority of travel will be store visits in local / district area).

Responsibilities

Lead a district store operations team to create and maintain high company standards.
Focus on merchandising, sales, and leading activities to achieve Region's goals.
Manage unit sales performance.
Oversee personnel management.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Manage merchandise presentation.
Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies.
Control expenses.
Manage overall district administration and P&L.
Act as a role model and hold employees accountable for meeting company customer service standards.
Lead recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees based on manpower planning.
