This position will be for the greater Seminole, Lake or Marion County areas. The District Manager in Training will be responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure profitability, managing controllable costs, collaborating with the Marketing team on promotions, and providing leadership and direction to store managers. This role also involves ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, protecting company assets, and contributing to the overall financial objectives of the company. The role requires enhancing professional knowledge and contributing to team efforts to achieve targets.
