About The Position

Southwest Fitness, a division of CR Fitness, is seeking an exceptional District Manager to lead teams, drive results, and grow their career in a fast-paced, high-reward environment within the fitness industry. Crunch Fitness offers a "No Judgments" philosophy, blending fitness and entertainment. The District Manager will oversee multiple Crunch Fitness locations, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing strong leadership teams to deliver exceptional member experiences. The initial six months will involve mastering systems and culture at the club level before transitioning to multi-site leadership. This is a high-impact role for a competitive, results-oriented leader passionate about growing both people and business.

Proven multi-site fitness leadership experience
Track record of hitting and exceeding sales & performance targets.

Responsibilities

Driving sales, revenue growth, and member retention.
Building, coaching, and developing high-performance leadership teams.
Inspiring and aligning staff to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Ensuring operational excellence and accountability across all clubs.
Leading from the front with energy, professionalism, and integrity.
Spending at least 6 months working inside a single club to master our culture and systems before transitioning into full multi-site leadership.
