For four decades, PFM has built a solid presence in the municipal marketplace. We currently employ 350+ employees located in every region of the country. The District Manager manages a caseload of Community Development District (CDD) clients (10-25) which may include Property Owners Associations (POAs). District Managers analyze and monitor the adopted budgets of each of their CDD clients, ensuring that they are balanced and include all necessary expenditures and revenues. Additionally, they ensure that the District is in compliance with Chapter 190 Florida Statutes. This position is based in the Orlando East office.
