About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic zone. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can foster a positive work environment, drive performance, and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a team across multiple locations.
Must be able to travel to Waco, Killeen, Austin, New Braunfels, and Seguin.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple locations, ensuring agents meet performance and customer service standards.
Recruit, screen, interview, and hire new agents to build a strong team.
Foster a positive and professional work culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to support agent development.
Monitor staff for attendance, disciplinary concerns, and adherence to company policies.
Develop and implement weekly work schedules to optimize staffing and coverage.
Address and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly and effectively.
Observe and direct agents to ensure compliance with company procedures and service expectations.
