About The Position

As a District Manager at Mejuri for the North West region, you will be the Business Owner of your market. You are a systemic operator who owns the performance, talent capability, and brand integrity of a fleet of stores. You will sit at the intersection of commercial rigor and operational excellence, diagnosing problems at the root to ensure the "Fine Standard" is maintained. You will act as a coach of coaches, a P&L expert, and a proactive partner to HQ, leveraging all brand levers to ensure your district sets the bar for performance. Your home office will be in San Francisco, and your district will span across the Northwest region (e.g., Seattle, Denver).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience with a proven track record of closing store-to-store performance gaps and turning around underperformers.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management with a track record of driving top-line growth while maintaining operational discipline.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies without prompting.
  • Strong history of promoting Store Managers and building internal pipelines.
  • Agile operator who thrives in ambiguity and can diagnose complex business challenges.
  • Experience leveraging digital tools and clienteling strategies to drive conversion.
  • Hungry, proactive, and able to move before being asked.
  • Energized by ambiguity and enjoys building operating rhythms in real-time.
  • Compelling storyteller who can synthesize field insights for executive-level partners and inspire store teams.

Responsibilities

  • Solve at the Root: Diagnose gaps across the fleet and implement systemic solutions that uphold the standard.
  • Close the Gap: Narrow the performance variance between best and worst-performing stores.
  • Hold the Fine Standard: Maintain brand standards, STACK execution, and store environment across all doors.
  • Own the P&L: Manage district performance, including NMV, traffic, CVR, and payroll.
  • Diagnose Before Escalating: Bring hypotheses and data when reporting problems.
  • Pull the Levers: Proactively initiate local activations, adjust assortments, and mitigate staffing risks by collaborating with HQ functions like Marketing, Merchandising, and People Ops.
  • Coach the Coach: Focus on developing Store Managers' capabilities to lead, coach, and drive performance independently.
  • Build the Bench: Develop a talent pipeline for future Store Managers.
  • Cultivate Business Owners: Empower Store Managers to own their individual P&Ls and foster an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Remove Barriers to Purchase: Champion a seamless digital-physical experience and coach teams on leveraging clienteling and waitlist tools.
  • Community Engagement: Identify and execute localized marketing and eventing opportunities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
