Requirements

Willingness to travel to maintain a consistent presence in your stores.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in a multi-unit environment, with a deep understanding of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and team members, focusing on building a strong team among managers and crafting customized career paths for future pizza leaders.
Strong knowledge of business acumen—able to navigate various business scenarios, adapt effectively during changes, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals.
