The District Manager role is a sales role responsible for the execution of our annual sales goals in the state of OR through detailed planning, customer account visits & management, distributor education and work withs. Consistent and clear communication with their supervisor, their Regional Manager. This is a role that requires the ability to multi-task as you will be working with our distributor partners developing monthly plans and programs with the State Manager, training and working the markets with our distributor partners’ sales teams, building relationships and selling to key retail and on-premises accounts. Building productive visits, wine dinners and consumer tasting and selling events for our suppliers. This is a role for someone who is a tenacious goal-oriented overachiever.
