The District Manager will drive profit growth to meet defined district profit increase goals by developing and executing a district plan to maximize revenue. This role involves regular interaction with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met, generating sales forecasts, and participating in strategic and tactical planning for the district. The District Manager will construct business plans, monitor market drivers, and adjust plans according to emerging conditions. This role also includes championing corporate initiatives, planning and leading District Meetings, and providing continuous coaching and development to Account Managers and District Sales representatives. Ensuring new hires achieve training standards, addressing performance deficiencies, and maintaining documentation are key responsibilities. The District Manager will support team and internal partners in identifying trends and sharing expertise, reinforcing a clear vision for the team, and working closely with large, strategic customers to understand their business needs. The role requires 10% domestic travel.
