About The Position

Meneses Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee our satellite offices nationwide. The District Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of all satellite offices, providing guidance, support, and training to office managers and staff. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as the ability to travel extensively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Project Management, etc.).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience with procedures or operations.
  • A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
  • Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the operations of all satellite offices to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to office managers and staff, offering guidance, procedural issues, and client management.
  • Conduct training sessions for office managers and staff to enhance their knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction across all satellite offices.
  • Collaborate with Office Manager to assess departmental needs and goals and partner with Operations Director to fill any operational gaps.
  • Monitor the performance of satellite offices through regular assessments, metrics analysis, and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Travel to satellite offices as needed to provide on-site support, training, and oversight.
  • May be required to provide coverage at satellite offices for periods of time depending on operational needs.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
  • Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
