About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in district, regional, or multi-unit management
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business goals
• Strong understanding of sales, operations, and performance management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regularly within Kentucky

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple locations within the assigned district
• Lead, coach, and develop store/location managers and team members
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and provide guidance
• Build strong relationships with teams and promote a positive work culture
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
• Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives
