The District Manager will also be responsible for creating retail promotions, merchandising the Columbia Distributing portfolio, ensuring Red Bull Perfect Store Standards are met, and monitoring competitive activity. Additionally, this position involves recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating department staff, adhering to all state liquor laws and regulations, and demonstrating behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values.
