Oversees and optimizes the performance of multiple retail wireless locations within a designated district, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets for BP Products N.A. Inc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably within the wireless or telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agility core practices and foster a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Commercial Acumen and understanding of retail financial metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail wireless store managers and their staff to achieve and exceed sales, operational, and customer service goals.
  • Implement and champion Agility core practices across the district to drive efficiency and adaptability.
  • Apply Analytical Thinking and Customer data knowledge to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the district.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Retail territory development, including identifying new market opportunities and optimizing existing store locations.
  • Apply Commercial Acumen to analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and financial performance to improve profitability.
  • Foster a culture of Customer centric thinking, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer loyalty.
  • Effectively communicate district performance, strategies, and initiatives to senior management and store teams.
  • Leverage Data visualization and interpretation skills to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate Digital Collaboration among store teams to share guidelines and enhance operational consistency.
  • Demonstrate strong Industry knowledge and advocacy, staying informed about wireless technology trends, products, and services.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing among district personnel to build a high-performing and skilled workforce.
  • Engage in Negotiation planning and preparation for various business agreements and vendor relationships.
