About The Position

Regional District Manager Retail leads and directs multiple retail stores within a district to achieve sales growth, profitability, and operational goals. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends and competitor pricing, overseeing promotions, and ensuring effective store-level execution. It also focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Additionally, the position requires strong leadership, communication, and multi-unit management experience, including oversight of budgets and performance. Requirements

  • College degree or 5+ years of management experience
  • 1 year experience in the tire industry.
