District Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales SOUTH CENTRAL Lead, Coach, and Build the Next Generation of Pharmaceutical Sales Talent Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Denmark, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch. As a District Manager, you will lead a team of early-career Territory Sales Representatives , many of whom are breaking into pharmaceutical sales for the first time. Your role is to coach, develop, and drive execution —turning motivated, coachable individuals into high-performing sales professionals. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role for someone who enjoys developing talent, reinforcing structure, and leading from the front. Why This Role Matters This team is built differently.
