About The Position

District Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales SOUTH CENTRAL Lead, Coach, and Build the Next Generation of Pharmaceutical Sales Talent Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Denmark, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch. As a District Manager, you will lead a team of early-career Territory Sales Representatives , many of whom are breaking into pharmaceutical sales for the first time. Your role is to coach, develop, and drive execution —turning motivated, coachable individuals into high-performing sales professionals. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role for someone who enjoys developing talent, reinforcing structure, and leading from the front. Why This Role Matters This team is built differently. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Leadership / District Manager experience required
  • Proven track record of sales success in pharma
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Ability to work effectively with early-career or entry-level talent
  • Comfortable providing direct feedback and holding team members accountable
  • High energy, strong presence, and a hands-on leadership style
  • Willingness to travel extensively within region
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Sales Representatives
  • Spend significant time in the field providing real-time coaching and feedback
  • Reinforce a structured sales model and consistent execution
  • Help reps build confidence, skills, and professionalism in front of healthcare providers
  • Drive accountability to activity, performance, and territory ownership
  • Foster a positive, high-performance, team-oriented culture
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to leadership
