About The Position

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager for Automotive Service & Repair in Southern California. This role reports to the Market Leader and offers a compensation of $120K total comp plus a District Manager bonus. The company is the fastest growing, top 10 independent tire dealer in the US with over 550 stores and is a leading provider of vehicle after-market tires and repair services. The District Manager will supervise and oversee the operations of retail repair shops within a specific region, focusing on hiring and training store managers, setting store goals, enforcing customer policies, ensuring quality consistency, and increasing sales and profitability. The purpose of the company is to provide an extraordinary customer experience through superior tools, equipment, and professional technicians.

Requirements

  • Retail management experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
  • Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
  • Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
  • Possess valid California driver’s license
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
