Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a portfolio of foodservice accounts supporting a high-profile technology client. This is a high-visibility leadership role for an executive who excels at building strong teams, elevating hospitality experiences, and driving operational and financial excellence across multiple locations. The ideal leader brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on partnership — someone who can inspire high-performing teams, cultivate trusted client relationships, and deliver innovative, profitable, and high-quality food programs. This role requires proven success in multi-site leadership and client engagement. Requirements

  • Proven success leading multi-unit foodservice or hospitality operations in a complex, high-expectation environment
  • Strong client-relationship skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • A track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational problem-solving and financial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, guest-experience drivers, and innovative foodservice solutions
  • Business development mindset with the ability to identify and activate growth opportunities
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-site foodservice and catering operations with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and internal leaders to align strategy, execution, and long-term goals
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements across all locations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and frontline leaders to strengthen capability and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and enhanced guest experience across the district
