About The Position

The District HRPD Advisor will partner closely with leaders and employees across US Head Office to build engagement, strengthen community, and support a collaborative team. This role contributes to the team by leading the communication, implementation, and ongoing management of HRPD programs, policies, and practices for assigned client groups, ensuring district compliance with corporate policy and applicable legislation. The advisor will develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate district HRPD strategies and KPIs aligned with district and company priorities, while providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers. They will also lead stakeholder communications and participate in sector HRPD strategic planning. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding programs, leading recruitment for senior-level positions, utilizing appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies, and building strategic industry contacts to develop a candidate pipeline. Additionally, the advisor will provide guidance, coaching, and training on career management, and guide supervisors through progressive discipline processes for entry to mid-level positions, including performance improvement plans and employee relations issues up to termination. The role also involves leading investigations and assisting managers with complex investigations.

Requirements
