The District HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational performance, and foster a high-performance culture. This role involves strategic planning, supporting key decisions, identifying development solutions for associates, and promoting effective people management practices. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to site leaders, encouraging the adoption of new company initiatives and fostering a customer service culture. They will also provide input to HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure HR programs meet business needs, act as an advocate for business leaders, and leverage human capital expertise to drive engagement and accountability. This role utilizes organizational diagnostics to identify and address talent and engagement challenges, partners with COEs to implement solutions, and promotes the effective use of company programs. Additionally, the HR Business Partner participates in the selection of site people leaders, leads talent assessment and development discussions, and collaborates on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans. They will also coach leaders on change management strategies and develop plans to ensure successful change initiatives, aligning communication with company strategy. Community outreach and engagement, support for site openings/closings/relocations, and human capital consultation for restructuring are also key aspects of this role.
