Sorenson is seeking a customer service-oriented District Field Manager for the West Region, with a passion for helping people who are deaf or have hearing loss communicate. This role will oversee and support installations and service calls for Sorenson products, ensuring area goals are met. A key focus is retaining existing customers and educating individuals about Sorenson’s life-changing products and services. The manager will oversee a team of service personnel or Trainers, responsible for hiring, training, installing products, supporting customer acquisition, providing training on products and services, and offering ongoing field support. The DFM will focus on winning customers from competitors, improving mobile application penetration, educating customers on communication features, and assisting with equipment reactivation, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
