About The Position

The District Chef oversees culinary functions across multiple corporate dining accounts. The role supports a team of associates and ensures safety and sanitation standards are maintained across the accounts. The District Chef teaches, trains, and mentors chefs; drives culinary innovation; helps chefs manage costs, expenditures, menus, purchasing, and inventory; and raises culinary skill levels across the region. The role also rolls out culinary programs in partnership with the company’s marketing and culinary teams, develops strategies to improve customer experience, and provides training to ensure consistent, high-quality food.

Requirements

• At least five years of culinary management experience.
• At least two years of multi-site culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.
