Bayliner, Trophy & Heyday, a leading manufacturer of recreational fiberglass boats, has an opening for a District Business Manager. This individual will be responsible for determining the right strategic dealer locations for each brand, executing boat sales to achieve budgeted goals, and building profitable market share in a designated territory through active territory management and dealer marketing support. The position has direct responsibility for all product sales, training, and achieving sales forecasts within their region. This role will support the Northeast territory, beginning in Northern Virginia and extending through West Virginia, Ohio, and Eastern Canada. The position requires approximately 70%–80% travel, with travel demands ebbing and flowing throughout the year based on business needs, dealer visits, and boat show schedules, resulting in some quarters requiring heavier travel than others. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory or within a reasonable commuting distance to effectively support the region.
