This role focuses on in-role coaching and development of Territory Account Specialists (TASes), coaching them on specific competencies and learning objectives such as scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, and teamwork/enterprise mindset. The District Business Manager (DBM) will conduct selected ride-alongs with TASes for the most important Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), as relevant, according to the coaching plan. The DBM will own the TASes learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills and behaviors. They will champion the adoption of new capabilities, understand and role model these new capabilities and tools by sharing knowledge, information, insights, and experiences with the TAS team. The DBM will effectively coach TASes on how to appropriately leverage analytics insights to guide call planning and preparation. They will regularly convene the field team to exchange experiences, collect feedback, proactively coach on change leadership, and encourage adoption of capabilities and new ways of working. The role also involves executing strategic planning activities, engaging with relevant insights to prioritize accounts and develop strategies for key accounts, ensuring continuous customer experience improvement, and leading financial and program planning for the district. Compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS conduct is required.
