Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate day-to-day Bond Office operations. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Bond Manager in the coordination and day-to-day operations of the district’s bond program. Assist with organizing documentation, tracking projects, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient office operations related to bond-funded projects. Work under general supervision while handling confidential information and serving as a liaison between the Bond Manager and all levels of district staff, outside agencies, and the public.
