Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associate’s Degree.
  • 1 year of experience in security operations.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-site guarding operations, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
  • Develop the team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Support branch operations by managing essential administrative processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Helps sustain client and employee retention.
  • Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
  • Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
