The role blends new business development with account growth, identifying logistics needs within prospective clients while deepening engagement with existing healthcare accounts. The goal is to drive revenue through strategic, customer-focused selling of UPS Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) services—including air, ocean, and ground transportation—under UPS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) for Healthcare. This individual collaborates with Small Parcel Healthcare and SMB Sales counterparts to deliver integrated logistics strategies that address the complex requirements of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic clients. The role also includes educating clients on UPS’s technology platforms for tracking, billing, and reporting.
