Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution or Operations
- Manufacturing or distribution environment experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and performance metrics.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS platforms, and RF scanning technology.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations within a fast-paced, regulated distribution environment.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily order fulfillment.
- Actively coach and develop a team of 20–30 hourly associates.
- Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced medical distribution environment where safety, quality, and customer service come first.
- Supervise and develop a team of 20–30 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Drive daily performance by managing staffing, workflow priorities, productivity, and service levels.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a healthcare distribution setting.
- Solve operational challenges in real time, using data and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business needs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance.
