About The Position

The shift is 3rd Shift, 12:00 PM - 8:30 AM, with days off on Monday/Wednesday. The starting pay is $18/hr.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with a "zero-defect" mindset for evaluating quality tolerances.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity.
- Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change.
- Ability to read & speak English fluently.
Responsibilities
- Accurately inspect, separate, and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing required PPE at all times.
- Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines.
