About The Position

Process inbound customer packages and kits by disassembling, removing used materials, and routing items to the next operation. Transport packages to and from delivery trucks and manage material flow within operations. Clean, sort, prepare, and build kits and materials for reuse, including consumables and device components. Prepare and test devices by cleaning, charging, purging data, scanning, upgrading software, and validating functionality using computer-assisted testing. Perform accurate inventory transactions and segregate nonfunctional devices for further evaluation or repair.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection, and/or inventory control
Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while following detailed work instructions
Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and sensitivity to patient data and confidentiality
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic medical devices, testing equipment, simulators, and order fulfillment is a plus
